| These dosing units of the serie MD are of rigid construction and designed for permanent duty. They are equipped with wear-resistant component parts for heavy duty purposes. These component parts permit simple servicing and greatest ease of maintance. On normal operation, the time required for maintance is 1/2 hour per week. Two-component materials, such as PUR resins, PUR foam, epoxy resins, silicon pourable sealing compound etc. can be processed. |

| These dosing units of the series MDM are of rigid construction and designed for permanent
duty. They are equipped with wear-resistant component parts for heavy purposes. These component
parts permit simple servicing and greatest ease of maintenance. On normal operation , the time
required for maintenance is ½ hour per week. Two component materials, such as PUR resins,
PUR foam, epoxy resins, silicone pour able sealing compound etc. can be processed. The most outstanding advantage of this 2-K-dosing/mixing equipment series lies in the fact that the two components are fed separately from their two dosing pumps and the mixing adapter, into the mixing tube. The two components come together at the beginning of the mixing tube. The mixture is carried out by disposable plastic-made mixing tubes or, upon request, a static mixing element (stainless steel, make SULZER). |

| The most outstanding advantage of this 2-K-dosing/mixing equipment series lies in the
fact that the two components are fed seperately from their two dosing pumps and the mixing
adapter, into the mixing tube. The two components meet first at the beginning of the mixing
tube. Mixing is carried out by disposable plastic-made mixing tubes or, upon request, a
static mixing element (stainless steel, make SULZER). In the eventof a stainless steel mixer, the mixing element has to be cleaned by hand at the end of working, however, this is not time-consuming. A vacuum withdrawing device is provided at the mixing adapter in order to ensure the drop-free casting and to prevent the after-dropping. These series MDS are of rigid construction and designed for permanent duty. They are equipped with wear-resistant component parts for heavy duty purposes. These component parts permit simple servicing and greatest ease of maintance. On normal operation, the time required for maintance is 1/2 hour per week.
